The brand
Stern builds pinball machines in the Chicago area and sells them to both commercial operators and home buyers. A home model has the same playfield mechanics and software as a venue machine, so the game plays the way a pinball player expects. Pinball needs regular care, such as cleaning and the occasional part replacement, and we will be upfront about that so there are no surprises after delivery.
Parts and service
Manufacturer limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year. We handle warranty paperwork with the factory and can order genuine Stern Pinball parts for any table we sold. Have your order number ready and call or write.
Commercial
Volume pricing from 3 units, net-30 terms for approved accounts and one crew for the whole floor.
