This policy explains what Grand Game Room collects when you use this site or buy from us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Details you give us: name, email, phone number, delivery address, and anything you write in a chat, consultation or contact form.
• Order details: what you bought, the delivery method and the amounts.
• Technical details: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected by our servers.
• A referral identifier. If you arrive through a partner link, we store an identifier in a cookie and in your browser for 30 days so we can credit the partner for a sale.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe, and financing is handled by Affirm or Klarna. We never see or store your full card number. Those companies handle your payment details under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver orders, schedule installation, answer your questions, send receipts and order updates, prevent fraud, and run the store. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the companies that help us serve you: payment processors, freight carriers and installers, our email provider, and the manufacturers when a warranty claim requires it. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage items to keep your cart, remember your delivery choice and record the referral identifier described above.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep for tax and warranty purposes. Residents of some states have additional rights under state privacy laws. Write to our email address and we will respond within 45 days.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
