Buying arcade and pinball
Our arcade lineup is deliberately short: the Golden Tee PGA Tour Home Edition at $4,495 and the Stern Pinball Home Model Premium at $6,995. Both run from a standard 120 V outlet, both weigh about 250 lb, and both need roughly 4 x 6 ft of floor space including the player's standing room.
Golden Tee keeps the trackball swing from the bar version in a cabinet sized for a game room. The Stern has the same playfield mechanisms and software as the venue machine, which is the point of buying one, and it needs regular care to stay that way. About 4 x 6 ft including standing room as a minimum, and 6 x 8 ft to be comfortable. Pinball players lean in to nudge the machine, so keep both sides clear.

No, it plays offline. Online features need Ethernet or Wi-Fi, and you should check current subscription terms with the manufacturer.
Plan on cleaning the playfield, replacing rubbers and balls from time to time, and checking the leveling.
