Return and refund policy

This policy applies to orders delivered in the United States.

Returns within 30 days

You can return a table that is unopened, unassembled and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We refund the purchase price to your original payment method, less the freight cost to send it back. If you financed with Klarna, the refund goes through them and your payment schedule is adjusted.

Tables that have been assembled, installed by our crew, or made to your order with a custom cloth color or finish cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If a table is not right for your room, call us first. We can often solve a clearance problem with a different cue length or a different size.

Refunds

Once the returned table reaches us and we confirm it is unopened and unassembled, we issue the refund to your original payment method, less the freight cost to send it back. Damaged or defective deliveries are handled as described on our shipping policy.
