On a pallet by insured ground freight from the Las Vegas area. Delivery is curbside; the carrier calls to schedule and usually needs a four-hour window. Our prices include curbside freight to the lower 48 states. Have help on hand when it arrives: the boxes are heavy.

Plan on 1–6 weeks depending on configuration. Each product page shows whether the model is in stock, on backorder or made to order, and we confirm the date after you order.

The manufacturer gives the original buyer a limited lifetime structural warranty covering the structure, fasteners, pedestals and feet. Electronic parts such as LEDs carry 2 years. Finish, playing surface, armrest material and foam are wear items and are not covered; refinishing, modifying the table or LEDs, or improper use voids the warranty.

Scan the QR code on the "Don't sign yet" label, complete the short receiving form with a photo of each side of the pallet, count the boxes and write any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. Damage not recorded on both cannot be claimed later, and the form also registers the manufacturer warranty.

Custom armrest materials and custom printed layouts are made for your order. Tell us about any change as soon as possible: once production has started, the manufacturer charges a 15% fee on the whole order for changes or cancellations.
