The Game Theory Tables Origins 2.0 is the core of the GTT range: a 72" solid wood table with a sunken playing vault, so a game in progress sits below the rim and stays put. Magnetic rails run along every side, inside the vault and outside, so cup holders and other accessories snap on wherever players sit, and the 61" x 37" surface is upholstered in a waterproof premium fabric instead of a loose mat.

A board game dining table

With the optional matching dining top in place the Origins 2.0 is a solid wood dining table; lift the top and the recessed vault underneath still holds the game you paused, cards and pieces untouched. The dining top is an add-on and is not included in this price (the manufacturer lists it from $799 in Onyx, American Walnut, Natural or Dark Mahogany; ask us to add it to your order). Who it's for

It is the right size for most homes: dining rooms and game rooms that seat six to eight. With the optional matching dining top it lives as an everyday dining table, and GTT's Ultra Armor wood stain is meant to handle daily meals as well as long campaigns.

Delivery & Receiving

In stock with the manufacturer; lead time 1–6 weeks depending on configuration. The table ships from the Las Vegas area by curbside freight, and the price includes delivery to the lower 48 states. The carrier calls ahead to book a delivery window. Inside delivery and assembly are not included. Have help on hand on delivery day: the boxes are heavy. Manufacturer-stated shipped weight: 200 lb (crate and table). Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may carry an extra freight surcharge, which we confirm with you before your order ships.

1. Be there with help

Delivery is curbside only, so the boxes come off the truck at your curb or driveway. Plan on at least two people to carry them in and assemble the table, and never drag the table or its armrest across the floor.

2. Don't sign yet

Find the "Don't sign yet" label on the pallet and scan its QR code with your phone camera. It opens the manufacturer's receiving form.

3. Photograph the pallet from all 4 sides

In the form, enter how many boxes arrived, their condition and any comments, and upload a photo of each of the four sides of the pallet before anything is unwrapped.

4. Inspect before you sign

Count the boxes against the delivery receipt and look every box over. If one is punctured or crushed, open it and check the contents. You may ask the driver to wait while you inspect; about 15 minutes is normal.

5. Note any damage on the delivery receipt

Write every missing or damaged box on the delivery receipt before you sign, photograph the damage, and refuse a damaged box so it goes back with the driver. Keep the boxes that arrived in good condition.

Important: Damage that is not written on the delivery receipt and recorded in the receiving form cannot be claimed afterwards: a clean signature tells the carrier everything arrived in perfect condition. Completing the form also activates the manufacturer warranty. If you find hidden damage while unpacking, send us photos within 48 hours and we handle the claim and the replacement parts with the manufacturer. Shipping and receiving.

No. The matching dining top is an optional add-on (manufacturer list price from $799). With it, the table works as an everyday dining table and keeps a paused game safe in the vault below.

When will my Origins 2.0 ship, and what does delivery cost?

The Origins 2.0 is currently in stock with the manufacturer. Delivery usually takes 1–6 weeks depending on configuration; we confirm your date after you order. Curbside freight to the lower 48 states is included in the price.

How do I receive my table when the freight truck arrives?

Your table travels on a pallet by curbside freight, and the carrier phones ahead to book a delivery window. Before you sign anything, look for the label that says "Don't sign yet", scan its QR code with your phone camera and fill in the short receiving form: how many boxes arrived, what condition they are in, any comments, and a photo of every side of the pallet.
